Dealeasy Pricing Model
Dealeasy offers usage-based pricing model that automatically charges based on your store’s total monthly orders. All the orders in the store will be taken into account.
After the initial 30-day free trial, the following charges will be activated automatically when the respective order threshold is crossed in a billing cycle.
- 0-50 orders in a billing cycle - The app is free for that cycle
- 51-500 orders in a billing cycle - App charges $8.99 USD in that cycle
- 501-1000 orders in a billing cycle - App charges $16.99 USD in that cycle
- 1000+ orders in a billing cycle - App charges $24.99 USD in that cycle
(All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Shopify automatically converts and deducts charges in your store’s currency.)
These charges will be automatically activated in a billing cycle as soon as the respecive order threshold is crossed.
We periodically update our pricing, but we never change it for existing users. Any new pricing applies only to merchants who install the app after the price update. Existing users will always remain on the plan that was available at the time they first installed the app even if the app is uninstalled and re-installed again.

- Is there a free trial?
Yes! We offer a 30-day free trial in all plans, starting from the app's initial installation.
- Is there a free tier?
Yes! We provide a free tier for merchants with 50 or fewer total online store orders within a 30-day billing cycle to support the growth of new stores in Freemium plan.
Once you exceed this limit, the next order will incur a charge automatically.
Please note that while there is a free tier, you must still subscribe to the Freemium plan to use the app.
- Can I get Dealeasy for free?
While many apps offer free plans in their initial stages, Dealeasy is a mature application of two years old, with over 8,500+ active Shopify stores using the app.
To ensure the best service quality and continuous improvement, Dealeasy has a Freemium model as one of the pricing plans. While installation is completely free, the monthly charge (if any) depends on your store’s total order count in each 30-day billing cycle.
If your store consistently receives fewer than 50 orders per billing cycle, the app will remain free of charge for you in Freemimum plan.
- Why do you charge based on store order volume in Freemium plan?
The operational costs of the Dealeasy app are directly related to your store's order volume.
Each page visit and order received incurs running costs as we load the widgets and track performance.
Our servers are utilized as long as the app is installed, even without active offers.
Therefore, we base our pricing on order volume.
- Why not charge based on conversions?
- Accurately measuring upsell conversions, especially pre-purchase upsells, is challenging.
- Commission-based models often result in higher charges.
We avoid commission-based pricing for two main reasons:
For example, many of our customers generate $10,000 or more in conversion value monthly.
A 0.75% commission would result in a monthly bill of $75 or more, this would be way more expensive than the pricing we have.
- Why do I sometimes see two charges in the same month?
This might occur since the billing cycle begins on the app's installation date.
For example, if you installed the app on April 15th, your 30-day billing cycles would be April 15th - May 14th, May 15th - June 13th, and so on.
If you exceed 50 orders on May 1st in the first cycle and then again on May 25th in the second cycle, you will see two charges in May which will be for two separate billing cycles.
Another possibility is that you crossed two chargeable tiers within the same month. Charges are triggered upon reaching the threshold, not on a specific date.
- Where can I see the billing details?

- Will you increase prices in the future?
Not for your store! Your store's pricing plan is locked in at the time of initial installation. We will honour that pricing for the lifetime of your subscription.
- Do you charge separately for support?
No! We offer free setup assistance, even for customers within the free tier.
Please note that setup assistance is limited to the app's standard features.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel the subscription you have to uninstall the app.
